- We Are a Blue Star Museum!
All Wisconsin Historical Society historic sites and museums will offer free admission to active-duty military personnel and their families from Memorial Day through Labor Day as a part of the nationwide Blue Star Museums Initiative.
Black Point Estate & Gardens visitors who qualify for the Blue Star Museum admission rate will receive a $12 discount (equal to the price of admission to the site) on the boat tour package through Lake Geneva Cruise Line.
The Blue Star Museums Initiative is a partnership between Blue Star Families, the National Endowment for the Arts, the Department of Defense and more than 2,000 museums across the country. It provides free admission to active-duty military identification holders and up to five immediate family members. For more

The Blue Star Museums offer applies at: Black Point Estate & Gardens, Lake Geneva; Circus World, Baraboo; H.H. Bennett Studio at the Wisconsin Dells; Madeline Island Museum, La Pointe; Old World Wisconsin, Eagle; Pendarvis, Mineral Point; Stonefield, Cassville; Villa Louis, Prairie du Chien; Wade House, Greenbush; and the Wisconsin Historical Museum, Madison. First Capitol in Belmont and Reed School in Neillsville offer free admission throughout the season.
